Log Of Files Accessed

Is there a way for me to view a log showing the dates of files that were viewed on say 25 June 2007? The "Recent Documents" list didn't help me.

A free way of seeing into some of the "events" on your machine is to use "Event Viewer" (This is part of your operating system)
To open Event Viewer,

1 click Start
2 click Control Panel
3 click Performance and Maintenance
4 click Administrative Tools
5 double-click Event Viewer.
