Please Help..i Have Trojans!

I have trojans. I have AVG (free edition) so it alerts me to these infections. I click to heal them but the infections are still appearing every time I boot up. I have pop-ups I never had before offering me WinAntiVirus Pro 2007 and ErrorSafe (both "so-called" spyware removal programs)...yeah right! I don't know how to remove them. Can you help? Thank you!
