Can't Get Into Email

I get the server is taking too long to respond error when I try to get into yahoo mail, gmail and google.com. This has happened for the past three days so and it worked fine on other computers so I think its just mine. I'm using firefox as my browser and I already cleared cache. Thanks!

Perform the following: Start - Run - (type)ipconfig /releaseall - Enter Start - Run - (type)ipconfig /renew - Enter Start - Run - (type)ipconfig /flushdns - Enter _______ Clear your JAVA Cache via Control Panel - Java - JAVA Consol - Delete Files Reboot your machine. Best Regards
