Clear your Temporary and Temporary Internet files. you can do this manually, or use the MS Windows Accessory - Disk Cleanup or you can use a third-party cleaner tool like CleanUp! 4.51 or Ccleaner, or ATF-Cleaner, all of which are very good. ______ Next Clear your JAVA Cache. If you do not have the most recent update of JAVA JRE, then use Control Panel Add/Remove to Uninstall "all" versions of JAVA that may presently be on the machine. Then Install the current JRE. (note: it is important to uninstall all old versions prior to installing the new version) __________ Download, Install and update Spybot Search & Destroy Reboot to SAFE Mode Run Spybot and allow it to remove any risks in Red that it identifies. __________ Do the same with Ad-Aware SE Personal ____________ In the event that the above doesn't get you access to your desired websites, Post a HJT Log over in Malware Removal Forum for additional assistance. Best Regards
