Annoying Dialer...

Hello, i'll be very thankful for any little aid you can provide here.

First of all. I'm using Panda Antivirus, mainly because of its great firewall system. I also have Spybot S&D, and Lavasoft AdAware SE, both up to date.
I believe sometime in the past month, after a while since the last Windows Updating, my pc got hijacked, or similar. I think it was because i turned the firewall off… Anyway, at the time, Spybot S&D found some dangerous file, and got rid of it.
Ever since then (and i ran Windows Update), the firewall has been often using from 5 to 20% of CPU resources.
Yesterday, i disabled the firewall (don't ask why), and in matter of seconds i had this dialer program window popping out of nowhere. Luckily, i have no dialup modem. Well, something must have installed it. It also placed a shorcut in my Start menu. Take a look, i guess you already know of this:

Here are the (fun?) facts:
I ran a Spybot S&D search, with no results (except this or that cookie). AdAware also found nothing (full system scan). I tried Kaspersky online scan, and it found zero malware. I can't try AVG since i had installed the trial version about 1,5 months ago, and the demo expired (wouldn't let me update since then). Please tell me if i must try anyway (i have uninstalled it).

Well, i scanned and saved a HJT log, while having the firewall off, (i guess that's what you'd like to know).
I'm not too concerced about the dialer itself. What concerns me is which evil piece of walware/system weakness placed it in the first place. I hope you can help.

Allright It's done.
At the second restart, i did not go into Safe Mode, since you didn't say so. I hope that was the right thing to do. (Perhaps have it in mind to avoid future confusions.. there's plenty of dumb people like me )
When the program finished, it told me to run Catchme.exe, so i did. It found nothing else. Sorry for that, you didn't tell me to do so.

Oh no…

i went to the services utility like you said, found the item you mentioned, opened its properties and realized the Stop button was greyed out. The only one i am able to press is Start (which i didn't do). Anyway, i disabled the service as you said.
But when i scanned with HJT, i found none

of that… So i did not delete the file just in case. Please tell me if i should do so.

i've been installing software (flash mx). dunno if that has to do with anything, but in any case i'm mentioning it.
I noticed there's this Delsim Dialer application on the installed programs list in Add/Remove Programs in window's Control Panel.

Well, things are apparently normal now. Panda firewall has lowered its CPU use to around 6-7% when the pc's idle (compared to the previous 15-20%). Unfortunately, that's the only way i could tell something was wrong. But things seem ok now. I even left the firewall off for half a minute and nothing happened (no popups).
