Hi,

I'm hoping someone will be kind enough to help me. My machine has become infected with i-dialer. Luckily there is no modem installed in the machine as it is on a network, but the multiple pop up boxes trying to dial out are a real pain in the backside!

I have tried multiple spyware scanners including ad aware, spybot and a-squared. I have run these normally and also in safe mode and none have managed to remove this software. I traced the dialer to some temp files in the c:windows/temp folder

each time it appears it shows up in Task Manager as idd2F.tmp.exe, idd28.tmp.exe and other various names along the same theme. I have tried deleting all temp files and finding the file names in the registry and deleting the relevant keys but this still hasnt got rid of this annoying software.

Below is the printout of my Hijackthis log. I have put stars next to the entry under running processes that corresponds to an instance of this program.

If anyone can help me with this I would be most grateful.

Thanks in advance

Mark
