I found a new option when I click "start", "connect to". it says access-to. I tried to click it, but freaked out and closed the window or something. I was afraid I had a dialer, so I went to my control panel and add/remove programs. there was an icon that said "Instant Access" (might not be a space). it had an icon similar to the IE icon. I think i've actually had this dialer before, or a variant of it! I recognize the dialer icon. anyway, I tried to remove it, but when I did it wanted me to DOWNLOAD the uninstaller, and tried to bring me to a webpage.
I didn't want to risk causing more problems, so instead I started in safe mode and ran spybot SD. It found something called Connect MFC application (I think part of the dialer), and TagASaurus. it got rid of them, then I ran AdAware. it found some stuff, and I got rid of them. I think they were from the dialer too.
well, when I went to add/remove programs, the program is not there anymore.
however, the option "access-to" when I click "start" and go to "Connect to" is still there.

I started in safe mode and made this log:

Sorry for the delay
If you still need help and haven't posted at another forum.

Download and install AVG Anti-Spyware (ewido). Then scan and save the log from the scan.
Instructions and download link can be found here.

Then run this online scan. Save the report.

Rescan with HJT and post a new log with the results from AVG .
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
