Please Needed Help ;(

Hi guys,, i really need help rite now X( (i'm from indonesia n i dont think my english good so i wanna say sorry if my writing umm kinda weird to read) ummm.. i have some problem with deep freeze here,, when i install it, in the middle of installation process my computer goes black n reboot automatically! the installation is not complete yet, but when log on the deep freeze has already started running n because of the not-completed-installation i cant uninstalled it! it really annoys me coz i cant disabled it either each time i install new program then the next i reboot my computer the program missing automatically X( uughh… i'm using dual boot with xp n vista,, n i try to delete the deep freeze main folder in program files when i use vista (the deep freeze i installed it in XP) n it works, the folder has been deleted! but…when i use XP, yeah rite the folder has been deleted too, but the deep freeze still running! n now i dont know how to disabled it or uninstalled it ;(…. i already try in safe mode but the same goes for me… please i need help from U ;( n last i wanna say thank U.. biggest thanks
