Hello, My Symantec AntiVirus Program detected and quarantined a couple of trojan horses in the following files: C:\WINDOWS\browser.exe C:\System Volume Information\_restore{AA46322B-2007-4C2.. The AntiVirus Program could not clean the infected files so it quarantined them. I have updated the Antivirus with the latest definitions but it still says it can't clean them. I have Windows XP, Compaq Presario, Internet Explorer 7 installed. Can anyone tell me how to clean these files or whether they can be permanently deleted? Thank you very much. Avis

I used http://www.simplysup...er/details.html to get rid of the Trojan on my friend's computer. Maybe that will work. Just use it, remove them and reboot. See if it works.
