Ken, everything seems to be okay, or as okay as I know it. One last question for you… When I boot up I get an error message that says LXBStime.dll could not be found. Is this something I need and if so how to I get it from popping up? Thanks again for all your help….

Your log looks fine If you have any problems with your system continuing to shut down, you can post here for Other Computer Problems as its possible that its a hardware issue or could also be two programs conflicting with each other.
Spyware Blaster It will prevent most spyware from ever being installed.
Spyware Guard It offers realtime protection from spyware installation attempts.
Win Patrol This program will warn you when any changes are being made to your system and give you the option to deny the change.
IE-Spyad
IE-Spyad places over 4000 web sites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It basically prevents any downloads (cookies etc) from the sites listed, although you will still be able to connect to the sites.
Firefox 2.0 It has more features and is a lot more secure than IE. It is a very easy and painless download and install, it will no way interfere with IE, you can use them both.
Zone Alarm Here is a free Firewall from Zone Labs, I wouldn't access the internet without it.
I will leave this thread open for you for about a week in case you have to post back. If after that time you still have problems and they say its not hardware or software related, if this thread is closed you can request to reopen it or start a new thread and maybe another malware fighter can find something I am not seeing.
Thanks for using Tom Coyote, glad I could help you and that your system appears to be running better.
