Hello everybody, my computer does a lot of funny things like NOT shutting down properly and it is v-e-r-y slow, just like me. Can you help me? Please reply in p-l-a-i-n English would be appreciated by this old fool. Thank you.

Hello everyone. My problem: my computer does not shut down properly. it is also v-e-r-y s-l-o-w. I have Kaspersky anti-virus installed. I just ran the adaware program. Your assistance would be much appreciated. Here is my hijack this log.
