I probably should have posted the log first. but I'll ask this question anyways. After parsing, there was a fiew items in red and all line (item) number 18 - if that means anything. Anyways the HJT says the file size was zero. I believe they were a "BHO" item. I tried to located in the registery, but could not. just because HJT entry is red and the file size is Zero - is it still safe to delete the items? Thanks,
