Please Help, Computer Is Whacked

Hello, I hope someone can help me, a few says ago when I was googleing, I clicked on a link and AVG popped up and said it had caught a Trojan, it asked me if I wanted to quarantine it or heal it, I told it to heal it as I was not sure what to do with it, I don't think it was healable, anyway, my computer is whacked out, it keeps popping up sony movie shaker for no reason and I keep having to close it out and keeps coming back. :rant2: I followed the directions in the self help folder, I ran the AVG Anti Syware and I ran the ATF cleaner and I also ran the AVG anti virus and the spybot and Ad a Aware.

I have been barely able to type anything out as something has been hijacking my cursor and or keyboard and numbers will start running across the screen all the sudden, or, my keyboard will not type anything at all, also, movie shaker continues to pop up every few minutes and interferes with being able to do anything on the system.
I am posting the most recent hijack log first and below that the first scan I ran with the AVG Anti Spyware and then another one I ran that I was not able to complete because of movie shaker kept interrupting it1234789 here is the numbers I mentioned that just show up, they just did it again.

Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked.

The rest of your log is fine and AVG Anti Spyware did clean out quite a bit of junk. What I am looking at are TWO ANTI VIRUS PROGRAMS RUNNING This in not recommended as they will conflict with each other, use huge amounts of system resources and cause you all sorts of problems. I am looking at AVG and TrendMicro so its your call but I suggest you uninstall one via the Add Remove programs in the Control Panel.

As far as your mouse, it has to do with this, what caused it I really don't know.

  • Win Patrol This program will warn you when any changes are being made to your system and give you the option to deny the change.
  • IE-Spyad
    IE-Spyad places over 4000 web sites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It basically prevents any downloads (cookies etc) from the sites listed, although you will still be able to connect to the sites.
  • Firefox 2.0 It has more features and is a lot more secure than IE. It is a very easy and painless download and install, it will no way interfere with IE, you can use them both.
  • Zone Alarm Here is a free Firewall from Zone Labs, I wouldn't access the internet without it.

Thanks so much for your help, I will check out those other links also.

I will take out the trend micro, I don't really use it anyway, I shut it off when it comes on.

I have a question though, will the zone alarm conflict with the windows firewall? Should I just shut it off or something?

Good Morning, Firewalls like AV Software, you should only have one. You can have one software firewall and one hardware firewall like the one that comes with a router, that would be ok. You can go into the Control Panel and switch to Classic View and click on the Windows Firewall and turn it off. Ken :D
