Bonjour Mdnsresponder.exe

Hi everyone..I have a very complicated problem in my computer. I don't know where that "Bonjour" Folder comes from and installed in my computer and it have some files namely mDNSResponder.exe thats makes my CPU USAGE 100%… I try to end process it but my computer hangs…And then I ignore it for a while.. After that, when I am doing something in my pc, I got hang up and my computer freezes.. So I am sure that this "Bonjour" program is the one that causes my computer to hang.. How can I remove this program..I dont have this program before…When it comes out, my pc starts to hang.. Please help me..My windows cant uninstall it… I am hoping to someone that can really help me..
