143 Infections Per Avg Anti Spyware And Who Knows What Else?

I ran AVG anti spyware yesterday, cleaned, then ran it again today because it takes 10-15 seconds to load any program. When I ran it today, it found 143 infected files, 2 types - one was a proxy and one was a hijacker.

I used ATF on it already.

Looks like alot of stuff that shouldnt be there but I really cant tell what should or shouldnt.
