You will always get cookies whenever you're on the internet. You can use this program to get rid of them:
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)
It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.

Did what you told me to, and immediately after I ran Spybot scan, and the same cookies were there!? are they that fast?

Those all look like they're from FireFox.
I don't use FireFox so I don't know, but as soon as you open the net you'll get cookies.
