It sounds like I have the same problem as everyone else, a very slow computer. I have an 80gig HD with 256 shared RAM but I am using less than 1/2 of my HD. Over forty processes and it takes 10min to startup. I have reduced my startup a lot but would like to do more. Here's my log and hopefully somebody can give me a hand.

Hi wheelz Do you mean that you have 256 megs RAM? That's way too little to eg. Norton.

Hi Then I suggest that you choose one of those suggestions below in order to speed up your computer: 1) Buy more RAM (at least 256 mb, preferably 768 mb) 2) Uninstall Norton and install some lighter antivirus/firewall combination (there are very good free AVs/firewalls, too).
