im having trouble with photoshop starting up after its done loading. it tells me something is missing and ask to reinstall the program ..i have tried and tried and still nothing. it says it has something to do with loading the text directory..or something like that…

Did you purchase this Professional Image Editing tool?
If so, I'd say (at $584.53) that Adobe should provide some online support to resolve your difficulties.
