In the services window find Microsoft IE Updater

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"
Delete this file:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)
It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.
Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.
Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

hello, I have done as you have instructed however the msupdatefss and the ieupdater already on stop but i did have to disable them. The only C/WINDOWS/system32/update00822631.exe I could find was in the Avenger folder. The computer is hanging up bit. Please find my HJT log.

Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.
When finished, it should produce a log, combofix.txt.

Do not use Ad-aware if you have McAfee's VirusScan and AntiSpyware
