Tango with Themida

Inadvertantly have post Dancing with Themida twice; my apologies; was unable to access Forum ,as unaware of more granular info required on registering and changing assigned password to personal one;now accessing Tom Coyote for assistance. Issue: Themida splash screen and pop-up occurs every 20 minutes. Have previously, to incident , installed and running :Spybot Search & Destroy;Lava Ad-ware Pro; Symantic Anti-virus and recently after Themida issue installed Ewido as well as evolved upgrade AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 all update regularly,however they do not see Themida. I suspect the virus( trojan/worm??) is embedded in Registry Keys.But unable to identitfy. I need help in resolving the issue.

When the program launches, hit the "Scan and save log" button
Press that, and save the log anywhere you like.

Now if you doubleclick the log file.Go to Edit > Select all, then to Edit > copy.
Now you've copied the entire text to the Windows Clipboard

Next, go back to this forum thread, and click "Add Reply".
In an empty area click your RIGHT mouse button, and choose 'Paste' from the context menu.
There's your Hijack This log.
