pci express?

Hi i have a abit nf7 motherboard, its about 3years old. But i want to upgrade my gfx card, but the 1 i like is pci ex. I have 5pci slots but would it be compatable?

No. Your board is suited for AGP Graphics card. There are older generation PCI graphics cards that are installable into one of your four PCI slots, but they are unlikely to produce "upgrade performance" over your present system. For PCI Express, your board must have a compatible PCIE slot built into the MotherBoard and Chipset that can handle PCIE interface. Sorry.
