I have a problem that I beleive is all related, but not sure, since I know nothing about programming. None of my USB ports work all of a sudden, and when I start the computer up it gives me a error message about "unusb20.exe",is this a problem file? If so,How do I get rid of it? I have run Regcure, and Xoftspyse, and I also run Zonealarm Pro. I can't find it. Please help.
Hello,

I would say, if anything, your problem is because the file isn't there. You may need to get an updated chipset/drivers. What kind of system do you have? If you don't know, you can go to Start|Run, type msinfo32, and press Enter. Highlight System Summary, click Edit|Select All, then click Edit|Copy, and paste it here.

Otherwise, you can also download Everest to find out.

Cheers,

Ax
