I have problems getting on the internet. The computer has to be shut down and then started back up to get the internet to work. When I restart the computer it is often intermittent. Zone Alarm prompts me that ?srss.exe file is trying to access privleged information. I think this file is malicious and part of the problem. There are other files that are loading that may be malicious causing this as well. Can someone please help me remove all of this? :( Thank you, workerbee

If you still need help and haven't posted at another forum.

Download and install AVG Anti-Spyware (ewido). Then scan and save the log from the scan.
Instructions and download link can be found here.

Then run this online scan. Save the report.

Rescan with HJT and post a new log with the results from AVG .
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
