it took a little to long. im about to do a complete system restore because the computer is so fowled up now that ive lost sound on the internet,my verizon browser no longer functions, things in the computer move locations(quickstart items keep changing order). i believe i was hacked in spite of kaspersky security and my pc is now a zombie. so thanks anyway. if i have trouble after the full restore, i will log back with more results. thank you , jaydubya
