hi slaterloc,

you have a large collection of trojans on there and a e-mail worm i. i dont see any antivirus software on your computer. i see avg antispyware which is good, but its more for trojans. Please stay off the internet as much as possible if you have a cable modem unplug it when not on the computer. how long have you been without antivirus? you should consider reformatting your hard drive
we can attempt to clean it up:may take several attempts to do so.

heres what we will do:
we are going to do everything in safe mode.
————————————
please set up avg like this:
start avg antispyware
select the "Scanner" icon at the top of
the screen, then select the "Settings" tab.
Once in the Settings screen click on "Recommended actions" and then
select " "Quarantine" .".
Under "Reports"
Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
Un-Select "Only if threats were found"
Close AVG Anti-Spyware

first to show all files do this:
FOr XP: on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok
—————————————————–
we will boot into safe mode, use HJT, scan with avg then look for some files to delete

i would copy/paste the safe mode directions into notepad and save them somewhere like your desktop so you can read them in safe mode.

to get into safe mode you would tap the f8 key during a computer restart. chsoe the first option from the list safe mode.
—————————————–
once in safe mode:

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.
