I followed all the steps, and here you go.

Please, just to note, I am a total noobie at computers and I need exact step by step instructions if I am given any.

Summary of computer activity:
Ever since I ran both programs and did all that other stuff, there seems to be a longer-than-average delay in between whenever I start up an application and when it actually starts running.
Hello and Welcome to the forum.

Please do not post your logs in someone else's thread.

I suggest you do this:

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\Userinit.exe

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: ,

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Delete these Files if listed:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSIBN.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMCPL.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMWKH.EXE

No need to download again but please run it. Sometimes it takes 4-5 times running Fixwareout and the flushdns to remove the bad 017's

Double Click Fixwareout.exe and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads a text that will open (report.txt) Please save this file, you'll need to post it with a new HijackThis log.

Next:
Click Start> Run> type in CMD tap enter key
Copy/Paste: ipconfig /flushdns
If you are typing this in, note the space between the g /f
It needs to be there.

Now lets check some settings on your system.
Enter your Control Panel and double-click on Network Connections

Then right click on your Default Connection
Usually Local Area Connection for Cable and DSL
Left click on Properties
Double-Click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item
Select the radio dial that says Obtain DNS Servers Automatically
Note: Do this for all Network Connections
Press OK twice to get out of the properties screen and reboot if it asks

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
Those exe's and the O17's are gone now. Thanks a lot for your help! Is there anything else I could do to assure that it is gone for good?
