C:\restore\temp\twaintec.1

I have been able to deleate 13 of 14 bad files but this one won't deleate.

Click here to download FindnFix.exe (2K/XP only!) by freeatlast. Double-click on the FINDnFIX.exe and it will install a folder called FINDnFIX on your system. Go to that folder and double-click on !LOG!.bat. The program takes a few minutes to collect the necessary information. When done post the contents of Log.txt in this thread.
It came up with a warning and an error. My mistake - try this instead.

Download StartDreck from here. Unzip to its own folder and start the program:

Press 'Config'
Press 'Unmark All'

Check the following boxes only:
Registry -> Run Keys
System/drivers> Running processes

Press 'Ok'. Press 'Save' and select the location to save the log file (default is the same folder as the application). Post the log in this thread.
I hope this helps: StartDreck (build 2.1.7 public stable) - 2004-08-19 @ 07:13:14 (GMT -07:00) Platform: Windows ME (Win 4.90.3000 ) Internet Explorer: 5.50.4134.0100 Logged in as CW at F4I1J5 »Registry »Run Keys »Current User »Run »RunOnce »Default User »Run »RunOnce »Local Machine »Run *Zone Labs Client="C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zlclient.exe" *vptray=C:\PROGRA~1\SYMANT~1\SYMANT~1\vptray.exe +OptionalComponents +IMAIL *Installed=1 +MAPI *NoChange=1 *Installed=1 +MAPI *NoChange=1 *Installed=1 »RunOnce »RunServices *TrueVector=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ZONELABS\VSMON.EXE -service *rtvscn95=C:\PROGRA~1\SYMANT~1\SYMANT~1\rtvscn95.exe *defwatch=C:\PROGRA~1\SYMANT~1\SYMANT~1\defwatch.exe »RunServicesOnce »RunOnceEx »RunServicesOnceEx »Files »System/Drivers »Running Processes +FFEFAF2B=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KERNEL32.DLL +FFFFE9CB=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSGSRV32.EXE +FFFFFA1B=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\mmtask.tsk +FFFE0233=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MPREXE.EXE +FFFE754B=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ZONELABS\VSMON.EXE +FFFE8BDF=C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYMANTEC_CLIENT_SECURITY\SYMANTEC ANTIVIRUS\RTVSCN95.EXE +FFFEC737=C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYMANTEC_CLIENT_SECURITY\SYMANTEC ANTIVIRUS\DEFWATCH.EXE +FFFECC87=C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE +FFFC8E13=C:\PROGRAM FILES\ZONE LABS\ZONEALARM\ZLCLIENT.EXE +FFFB01B3=C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYMANTEC_CLIENT_SECURITY\SYMANTEC ANTIVIRUS\VPTRAY.EXE +FFF93A87=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\JUWTW.EXE +FFF97267=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\PSTORES.EXE +FFE76FC3=C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\IEXPLORE.EXE +FFF8E1BB=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\STIMON.EXE +FFF9EBDF=D:\VIRUS\START\STARTDRECK.EXE »Application specific
No hidden file. Could you click here to download CWShredder by Merijn Bellekom and run it, hit 'fix' as opposed to 'scan only'. If you already have CWShredder, click 'Check for update' and make sure you are running version 1.59.1 Reboot when done.

Reboot when done. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here for a final check over.
I ran 'CWSHEREDDR' it said it removed ' CWS.SEARCHX' and five infected registrey values. When I run task list it shows a file I don't know about 'Juwtw'

Click here, for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders to be visible. After enabling, find, zip and send this file:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\JUWTW.EXE

to this e-mail address including a link to this thread in the body of the email. It may be OK but I'd like to take a closer look at it - I'll get back to you about it if any further action is required.
Just sent the file. I changed the extension it was an exe. Doesn't seem to bother the system. Now it doesn't come up in the task list.
Yes I changed the file from 'JUWTW.EXE' to 'JUWTW.CHUCK' it doesn't seem to affect the system. The computer seems to be working good now. I will try to zip the file and then attach to an E-Mail rather than using winzip 'zip and send'
