New Computer only good for 1-2 hours after boot-up

Hi again and thanks in advance,
Computer is 3 months old, large hard drive, RAM, 3gig processor, etc., but must be restarted every hour or so to keep operating. Have downloaded/installed IE7, and latest updates. Seems to have had problems from the start.

Welcome to Tom Coyote . Sorry about the delay in responding but we are as most times just overwhelmed with logs.


Your HJT log looks fine :thumbup: I am not looking at anything bad on it. I do see an awful lot going on with NetZero, thats one service I would never have on my own system as it does tend to use system resources and can cause some problems.

If your computer is only 3 months old, you need to contact the vendor and tell them about the problem, it has to be still under warranty.
