Internet Explorer Hanging on Start Up

I have posted over on the general problem forum but I am wondering whether I have a virus problem that is causing IE to hang repeatedly on opening up. I get a non-responding message and the IE Icon then fails to work.

I am therefore posting my HJT log for advice.

Looks like you have two anti-virus programs running you need to remove one of them. When done post a new hijackthis log.
