Computer Running Unusually Slow

My computer has been running slowly for the past few days. At first, I thought it might be my DSL connection, but I've checked the network and it is fine. Here are some specifics about my computer:

System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

Dell XPS DXP051
Intel Pentium D CPU 2.80 GHz
2.79 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM
Physical Address Extension

I am currently running Norton SystemWorks Premier 2005, Version 8.02, Build 6, for Internet/Antivirus protection, and SpyBot - Search & Destroy 1.4. I also use Windows Defender Version 1.1.1593.0. Once a week or so, I run AVG AntiSpyware 7.5 and Ad-Aware SE Personal Build 1.06r1.

I have three main questions: First, do any of the above programs cause any conflicts with each other that might be unduly slowing down my computer's performance? Second, are they all of benefit to me, or should I delete/discontinue using one or more of them? And the third deals with cleaning up my computer (I am posting a HJT log below):

your log looks ok as far as malware goes. in answer to your questions,

First, do any of the above programs cause any conflicts with each other that might be unduly slowing down my computer's performance?


its possible, cant say for sure. best bet would be to uninstall one at a time and see if things improve.

Second, are they all of benefit to me, or should I delete/discontinue using one or more of them?


i count 5, i am assume that norton suite comes with a built in "antispyware component"
i would really only keep/use two of them, also make sure there not all running in the backround with there real time protection. like spybots tea timer avg guard and defenders real time protection.
