hello out there.
I recently installed spyware and adware on my pc (accidental of course) and ran spybot and adaware several times, as well as AVG. When I ran HijackThis, I removed the obvious problems and now everything seems somewhat back to normal.

Only problem is, I can't determine whether something in my last HijackThis log is good or bad. If one of you could please view the results and tell me what I should get rid of (if any), I would be very appreciative.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, At first glance I don't see any malware, but you have not provided a complete HJT log. The first lines are cut off and that is information we need to see. With the notepad open, click Edit then Select All. Copy/Paste the highlited information and I will take another look. I edited out the email addy, not a good idea to do that. Bots are always looking for valid addresses to spam. Thanks
Alright, sorry about that.

I removed the obvious problems and now everything seems somewhat back to normal.

That's pretty much what I see in this log, let's clean up a little:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

We are removing one line leftover that looks dead but Adwatch might block us. If it does use these instructions to turn it off:
Ad-Aware Ad-Watch
Right click on the Ad-Watch icon in the system tray.
At the bottom of the screen there will be two checkable items called "Active" and "Automatic".
Active: This will turn Ad-Watch On\Off without closing it
Automatic: Suspicious activity will be blocked automatically
Uncheck both of those boxes.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O21 - SSODL: emptins - {588599f4-de26-4c28-ba14-f4eb17e33481} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\xxfgmy.dll (file missing)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
