Hey all, My computer seems nailed at the moment, constantly getting pop ups in i.e., my wireless keeps going down and i get the occasional random icon appear on my desktop! I also get something in my system tray telling me how my computer is infected with malware :S
I keep running spybot and adaware which frequently bring up yazzle sudoku, a trojan downloader, and smitfraud among others. Spybot brings up a cmd registry entry or 2 that cant be deleted even in safe mode and also isimn.exe which cannot be removed!
I also have spyware guard on my pc which i dont have on startup as i need the resources, when i do turn it on though it brings up a warning about a bho called pmkhe.dll which u try to remove but it does not have any joy!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, ive been struggling to fix this for ages!!
Cheers

Look at the first post of yours see the new files that appear ;) I should have a fix soon.
Only for Windows XP and Windows 2000

Download ATF Cleaner instructions here.

Download AVG Anti-Spyware Instructions and download link can be found here.
Update it but DO NOT run a scan just yet, we will run the scan later.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
Extract all the files to your Destop. A folder named SmitfraudFix will be created on your Desktop.

[external image: Posted Image]

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter

[external image: Posted Image]

This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works.
It will create a file named: c:\rapport.txt
Please post the C:\rapport.txt in your next reply

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?" answer Yes by typing Y and hit Enter.

[external image: Posted Image]

The tool will also check if wininet.dll is infected. If a clean version is found, you will be prompted to replace wininet.dll. Answer Yes to the question "Replace infected file ?" by typing Y and hit Enter.

A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process, if you computer does not restart automatically please do it yourself manually. Reboot in Safe Mode.
