Sfonditalia and Citofarera

Hi!

I have tried to delete Sfonditalia and Citofarera using Spybot - Search and Destroy. Also I have used other programs to search for spyware and viruses. There is a window titled www.1987324.com?301 with the message "non e' possibile procedere" that pops every 5 minutes after you close the website that it activates…

Let's find out if you have any malware disabled with selective start-up.
Go to Start >Run and type "Notepad" without the quotes
Copy/paste the following blue text into a new notepad (not wordpad) document. Make sure that wordwrap is unchecked.
Go to the menu at the top of the Notepad file and Save as:

Name the file mslook.bat
Save as Type: All files (not as a text document or it won't work)
Select the desktop icon on the left to save it on the desktop.

Locate mslook.bat on your Desktop and double-click it. When notepad opens, copy/paste the content in your reply. When you close Notepad the CMD window will close automatically and the text file will be deleted.

HijackThis is being run from a temporary folder; this means that any backups it creates as a result of fixes made with it will be lost. Please create a new folder for it like C:\HJT and place the program into that new folder.

Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Scan with HijackThis. Place a check against each of the following:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = www.1987324.com?301
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.aflashcounter.com
Close all windows or browsers except for Hijackthis. Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsvc.exe<=file (Be sure you just delete file named spoolsvc.exe)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysmon.exe<=file
Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

Now run this online scan using Internet Explorer:
Kaspersky Online Scanner from http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
Now click on Scan Settings
In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
Standard
Scan Options:
Scan Archives
Scan Mail Bases
Click OK
Now under select a target to scan:
Select My Computer
This will program will start and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
Now click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop.

Copy and paste that information from Kapersky in your next post.
