I have run spybot and destroy and it was unable to fix the cmdservice (running in memory). Ad-aware did its thing. As did AVG Anti_spyware (log file below). HJT file can also be found below. The most glaring problem i have encountered thus far (that persists) is that I cannont access my system restore from right clicking on my computer etc. I have no idea if it's on or off. There is also that no matter how many times I run spybot etc. there is always something. Much of the malware keeps coming back, so I'll assume that the system restore is on.
