I have had some weird things come up on my laptop in the last couple of weeks, and they are getting progressively worse. I now cannot use IE at all, but my firefox is working really well. I can't play any games anymore, and my office programs take forever to open. There are many other things, but I won't bore you with those. Here is my log. Any and all help will be appreciated.

Please have a look at my PC log, and tell me what ya think. I have ran about 4 spware removers, and they have found a few things, but nothing huge.
