When I try to open Google or EZ boards today I only get a Cannot Find Server page after waiting several minutes. I am concerned this may be a virus. I appreciate any help. Believe it or not Google is needed for my work. I tried Adaware, Spy Sweeper, Wiondows Defender Betqa 2.0 and McAfee Virus Scan.

Not seeing anything bad in the log.

Are Google and EZ boards the only sites that seem to be affected?

Go to:

Start –> Run

In the box type in cmd then hit (or click OK)

A DOS window will open.

In the DOS window, type this commad:

ipconfig /flushdns

Thats:

ipconfig[SPACE]/flushdns

Close the DOS window.

Any better?

Weird! I just rebooted, after running all the scans again and now everything is normal. I am glad and I am sorry to waste youyr time. However, while I have you… :oops: I do have a problem when I run searches or go to my control panel or my recycle bin I get a have to shut down message ya know the send error report to microsoft or something message. This has been going on for a while. Why I never asked you tech heroes before I don't know. Thanks for all you help, bro. Dave
