Apologies for the delay in responding. Could you make/post a new HijackThis! log and describe what it is that cannot be removed, files, registry entries, etc?
Sorry for my delay in responding! I no longer have control of my computer. I cannot connect to the internet. All of my settings are gone. When I restart the system it is extremely slow, and I can no longer access my firewall or virus scans program. I am also getting a message that my Spysweeper has been damaged and to reinstall but I cannot as nothing is working anymore. Is my problem beyond the Trojans that Spysweeper originally detected but could not delete now? Any help you can provide or point me in the right direction will be very much appreciated! Thank You!!
:o I'll need a fresh HijackThis! log to start. Do you have a way to download any programs we might need to another PC and transfer them to the infected PC?
Would that mean you can't even get a new HijackThis! log from the infected machine to post here in the forum? There is nothing "bad" showing in the last log you posted, despite what Spysweeper had to say.
I'm not sure if I will be able to access HiJack, but If i can, I will try to get a new log posted if the computer will let me. I will not be able to post it until Monday, if possible. Thanks for all your help Micah!
