Hello, I'm new here, and could really use some help please...

Hello, I'm new here and am MeekOne. Pleased to meet you. Will you please give me a hand with this problem I have been having? I have done everything I can think of to get rid of this constant pop up that makes me shut my computer down about 7-10 times a day. I'll be searching usually the google site, and bam, a small white box pops up and after a while it says page cannot be displayed cannot find it or something like that. I have the panicwear pop up stopper so it stops the pop up advertisment, but doesn't stop the pop up box from coming up, and when it does I cannot get rid of it no matter what I do. I have to reboot every time. I have the spybot search and destroy and even when I do that it doesn't help, but I do keep getting this annoying Rotue thing that constantly has to be "fixed" and then it comes back again even right after I have "fixed" it. I have tried deleting my temporary files and even some of my cookies and still it comes back. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do, this thing has been haunting me for months and finally I thought let me see if someone could help me figure this out because what I am doing certainly is not working. Any help you can give would surely be appreciated. Thank you and may God bless you.

The problem that you have been dealing with is caused by Malware, and will continue until you use the proper tools to remove it. I recommend that you get Expert assistance with the process here in our HJT Forum.

Create a "New Folder" on your Hard drive, like the following:
"C:\New Folder" – Rename your New Folder as follows: "C:\HighJackThis"

Go here to download HighJack This.exe
http://www.radiosplace.com

Save HighJackThis.exe to the Folder you just creaed above.

Click on HighJack This.exe to open the program.
Click on the first Button "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

HighJack This will perform a scan (may take less than a minute and up to two minutes)
HighJack This will create a Log File which it will display in NotePad on your screen.
(DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES USING HIGHJACK THIS, WITHOUT EXPERT ASSISTANCE)

Using the Edit function of NotePad, click on Select All, then use ctrl-C to copy the contents of the Log.

Now open your browser and go to our HijackThis Logs and Spyware/Malware Removal Forum

Click on "New Topic" to open a thread.
Using ctrl-V, Paste the contents of your HJT Log into your New Topic.

Briefly describe the problems you have been having and what you have done so far to try to fix the problem.
