hi, i have the same problem an i red at some german pages (because i am german, so excuse my mistakes in language) that spybot can help. i use it at the moment and i think it helps. and don't use norton!!! try antivir or zonealarm. try to find the spybot software at google (it is for free). i don't know how to explain in english but i'll try: spybot can find spyware programms on your pc (i found 33 unfriendly programms today) and then it deletes them. the spyware programms cause the pop-ups. no unfriendly programms, no pop-ups! i hope you can read it. please don't lought about my baaaaaad english write back at xxxxxxxxxxxx if you have used spybot. mortale Edit email address

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
