help please

Hi guys and gals. Back once again. This forum helped me out in a pinch once before and I had hoped I wouldn't have to return. I'm tired of running a different virus scanner and or spyware detector and getting different answers to my problem everytime! I don't think my computer is THAT crudded up! I was running norton, but recently switched to Avast! Alwil. It said I had the win32:zlob-jy. Not sure if it fixed it or not. A day or so before that I appearently had the w32.myzor.fk@yf? I just think it's crazy to still have all this issues after running multiple virus scanners and spyware scans. I've been using Ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, and ewido lately. But yet, everytime I run them, they still find things. GRRRR. I just want them to go away. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I get warnings from Spybot constantly if I want to download things from Casale Media? and some other place? I always click NO, but everytime I run a scan I find things from this. It also constantly finds things from FunWebProducts also that I can never get to remove. Below is my logfile. Again, any help is GREATLY appreciated!
