W32.Stration.D@mm

W32.Stration.D@mm is a mass-mailing worm that gathers email addresses from the compromised computer. The worm also downloads files from remote computers.

Disable Microsoft Windows Defender:
We need to disable your Microsoft Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
  • Open Microsoft Windows Defender. Click Start, Programs, Windows Defender
  • Click on Tools, General Settings.
  • Under Real-time protection options, unselect the Turn on real-time protection check box
  • Click Save
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Download Killbox from here:

Thanks for the response. The Killbox.zip link will not take me to a download site. I have done an internet :( search for the file and still come up short. Do you have any ideas on getting the download? Thanks

Almost.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O20 - AppInit_DLLs: cabvh323.dll rasmnlht.dll

O20 - Winlogon Notify: pdhwstd - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pdhwstd.dll (file missing)

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cabvh323.dll <— file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\rasmnlht.dll <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)
Hopefully this did it. Thanks so much.
