I noticed a entry within My XPproSPII Firewall's list of exceptions .
It is listed as a Program named "0" thats the digit Zero & of course with out the quotes.
Upon further inspection I noticed the Path was C:\WINDOWS\system32\a.exe
The Scope was set to "ANY COMPUTER INCLUDING THOSE ON THE INTERNET"
This is a program I do not recognize !
I am Hoping that someone here can inform Me as to what it is & if I need to remove it .
Thanx
xXx

I didnt meen to dis anyone but after a week with no response & much forethought;

I removed the Program 0(zero) from My SPII firewall's list of exceptions, followed by deleting the file "A.exe" on reboot.
It was located in C:\windows\System32
"A.exe" was the file that was listed on the property sheet of the exception 0(zero)
I then Ran AVG as instructed by the Guy who was chatting with us last week .
AVG removed Trojan.Downloader.Agent.FCF
But upon a reboot I got another prompt from AVG that it was back & it continued to do so no matter how many times I Healed it ! so I followed the AVG onscreen help popup & downloaded a tool named VCleaner & ClnAbot & I disabled System Restore & ran it in safemode with the NIC unplugged as instructed by AVG.
I decided to run Spybot \Lavasoft \Ewido \Trojan Hunter \Ccleaner \Clean up.
All fully updated & while in safemode.
