Here is a copy of my Hijackthis log. Could you please tell me what the number 11 and the number 21 are. I just tried to run clean up on this thing, and CWshredder found msconfig.exe, whatever that is. I also have a program running in my task manager called B.S, that's all that is there. Do you have any idea what that is? It is also under my add or remove programs, but I don't want to remove what I don't understand…Thanks in advance for all your help.

Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked.

If you set this then leave it alone otherwise fix it

This just adds this entry to your Advanced Options list in Internet Explorer, if you don't use it then fix it.
