Automatic reboot after 45 minutes

Hello,

About every 45 minutes, this lovely message comes up:

"This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This system shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Message: the system process C:\WINNT\system32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 128. the system will now shut down and restart."

After running Panda this stills shows up: js/psyme.gen. Subsequent scans don't remove it.
