Pc Reboots After Approx 5 Minutes

After about five minutes after starting my system, I get an error message saying that the Services & Controller App has encountered a problem and needs to close. Then I get a message saying the System is shutting down. Initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM then C:\windows\system32\services.exe terminated unexpectedly -1073741819

I also have the following suspect files:

CD1041.nls is in the C:\ directory. Tried to have HJT delete it upon startup but it keeps coming back.

Same issue with startdrv.exe in c:\windows\temp directory.

Download LSPfix here: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Start the program and then check the I know what I'm doing box.

Move all instances of 'rlzub.dll' (and nothing else), to the Remove pane.
Click the Finish Button and reboot.

Find and delete the file c:\windows\system32\rlzub.dll

Next:

Launch Notepad (Start>All Programs>Accessories), and copy/paste all the Quoted REGEDIT below to it. Don't forget to include REGEDIT4.
Save in: Desktop
File Name: fixme.reg
Save as Type: All files
Click: Save

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\rpcc]


On the desktop, doubleclick fix.reg and allow it to run. Let it merge.

Next:

Use add/Remove Programs and remove:
Viewpoint <–All listed


Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

Delete these Files if listed:

Next:

Click HERE and Save, Install, Update and run a full scan.


Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
