Weird problem (with log)

This problem started about 3 days ago. At first, every link I clicked on did no load until I went back and clicked it for a second time. Now when I click on links the first time it loads with random shopping/product pages. Then I can go back and click the link normally again. Any advice would surely be appreciated.

Hello pwoconnor and Welcome to TomCoyote,

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Disable Microsoft AntiSpyware:
We need to disable your Microsoft AntiSpyware Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
  • Open Microsoft AntiSpyware
  • Click on Tools, Settings.
  • In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection
  • Under Startup Options uncheck Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware Security Agents
  • Under Real-time spyware threat protection uncheck Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended).
  • After you uncheck these, click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware.
  • Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Scan with HijackThis. Place a check against each of the following:
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{2790EAAE-B08D-4295-B717-7953C155E392}: NameServer = 85.255.115.4,85.255.112.15
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.4 85.255.112.15
O17 - HKLM\System\CS2\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.4 85.255.112.15
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.115.4 85.255.112.15

Close all windows or browsers except for Hijackthis. Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Enable Real-time Protection with Microsoft Defender again.

Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log, along with the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt

I want to extend my sincere thanks for your help in resolving this problem. It's good to know there are nice people out there in cyberspace. Cheers, Pat
Hi pwoconnor,

I think those files are bad but let's submit them to Jotti (or use the other scanners).

STEP 1.
======
Please show all files for your system.
You will need to reverse this process when all steps are done.

Submit File to Jotti
Please click on Jotti
Use the "Browse" button and locate the following file on your computer:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSYNV.EXE
Click the "Submit" button.
Please copy and post (reply) with the results

If Jotti's service load is too high, you can use the following scanners instead:
http://www.virustotal.com/xhtml/index_en.html
http://scanner.virus.org/

Please also check the properties of those files (right-click and select properties from the popupmenu). Look if you can find some company information, etc.

Repeat the above for
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMTGZ.EXE
