Seems same problem as before: I don't get a message "Do you wish to merge the information into the registry?". When I double click the fixme.reg file, the notepad file just pops up…nothing else happens.

Go to:
Start –> Run
In the box type in regedit then hit (or click OK)
In regedit, click: File –> Import
Browse to the fixme.reg file, and import it.
Reboot.
Check to see if you were successful.
