a suspicious entery....

lurking these forums i developed a good eye for detecting spyware, so i can more of less diagnose my own logs. one line has come up that completely stumped me: O23 - Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol v.0 (experimental) (rpcapd) - Unknown owner - %ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.exe" -d -f "%ProgramFiles%\WinPcap\rpcapd.ini (file missing) i recently installed (and uninstalled) a few packet sniffing programs. could this be a remnant? i also installed a game that used starforce, if that can be any clue. any help would be great!
