Hi Susan… Webroot have not responded to my tickets except to say that they have not received my 'Report Spyware Log'. Well we know this is not true because they have recognised an infection from the Spyware Report. I have now taken the initiative to solve it myself and have had success (Fingers Crossed). I went to the support page and there is an option that say's: ''I am receiving an error message after installing Spy Sweeper 5.0'' click on this option and iy will take you to a page with instructions to uninstall and run a clean-up programme. So far so good…. Kindest regards and thank you for your help and patience. Alan
