Can't Access regedit or taskmgr

I got some spyware or malware It first made my limeware open automatically and everytime I closed it it opened it again. When I tried to look in task manager it said it was being used by another program. I can open it up in safe mode. I tried msconfig to start up windows with no startup programs and no services but it still would not allow me to use regedit or task manager. I tried norton Antivirus, Spybot S&D, Adaware, Windows Defender, CW Shredder. All came up with some spyware but everytime I get rid of them somthing else coes up in the next scan.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName =

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=userinit.exe

Reboot in "safe" mode.

(DELETE THIS TASKMGR.EXE FILE IN THIS FOLDER ONLY!!!)

c:\winnt\system32\p2pnetworking.exe <— file

c:\winnt\system32\ping.dll <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread.

There are some pretty nasty infections being spread by "peer to peer file sharing", such as Limewire.

Be afraid… Be very, VERY, afraid.

A couple of items….

Your Java needs updated:

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02\bin\npjpi150_02.dll

The latest version out is jre1.5.0_07

After updating you must remove previous versions via "Add/Remove Programs".

This program:

O23 - Service: DameWare Mini Remote Control (DWMRCS) - DameWare Development LLC - C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DWRCS.EXE

Is a "remote control" program, but it can be exploited to hijack your machine.
